He emphasized that the nation’s advancement is being meticulously constructed through strategic policymaking and the collective strength of its citizens.

He reiterated the vision of ‘One Guyana’, advocating for equitable access to the nation’s wealth through intentional policies.
The upcoming years are set to witness expansive development efforts as the administration continues to lay down ‘blocks of transformation.’ The President highlighted rapid infrastructure modernization aimed not only at enhancing local living conditions but also at establishing Guyana as a regional economic leader.
Dr. Ali further revealed plans for an energy infrastructure overhaul that aims to secure sustainable energy sources for all citizens. “Our goal is to make electricity more affordable, leveraging our energy surplus to foster job creation and elevate our economic standing,” he explained.
Additionally, President Ali outlined a comprehensive economic strategy focused on diversification and value addition to ensure Guyana’s competitiveness extends beyond the oil and gas sector. Initiatives are in place to bolster agriculture, mining, and manufacturing, continuing support for traditional sectors while promoting small and medium enterprises.
