A Florida resident has been arrested after making alarming threats on social media directed at individuals associated with the late Jeffrey Epstein. Terrell Bailey-Corsey is accused by federal authorities of using violent language in a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), where he allegedly vowed to harm those listed on Epstein’s client roster.
The FBI’s criminal complaint outlines that during an online engagement on July 15, Bailey-Corsey expressed intentions to use a machete on perceived offenders from the Epstein case. His posts were graphic and fueled by anger directed at various officials, making threatening statements such as, “I WILL KILL EVERYONE ON THE LIST ON SIGHT.”
Bailey-Corsey reportedly also threatened unnamed government officials, stating he would inflict severe violence upon them, claiming his own life would be worth sacrificing for such acts. The FBI had previously noted alarming posts between June and July that called for the harm of politicians and suggested significant bloodshed.
Following his arrest on July 17, Bailey-Corsey acknowledged his actions and showed remorse, revealing that he owned weapons, including a machete and bow. The complaint asserts that there is probable cause to believe he transmitted credible threats, as defined under federal law.
Additionally, the ongoing public interest in Epstein’s case has prompted the Department of Justice to seek the release of grand jury transcripts related to the investigation.
