
Recent satellite images obtained by BBC Verify have shed light on the damage inflicted on critical nuclear sites in Iran as well as various military installations. Two different imagery sources reveal significant destruction at the Natanz nuclear facility and a missile site near Tabriz, following the initial strikes on Iran.
Optical imagery from Maxar provides an in-depth look into the aftermath at both Natanz and Isfahan. Damage appears evident at the pilot fuel enrichment plant and an electrical substation in Natanz, confirmed by the Institute for Space and International Security (ISIS). The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) disclosed that the portion of the facility responsible for producing uranium enriched to 60% has been obliterated.
