Barack Obama Criticizes Trump Administration's 'Corruption and Incompetence' in Ohio Rally
Former US President Barack Obama strongly criticized Donald Trump's administration, citing 'chaos and cruelty and corruption and incompetence' and blaming the current president for the rising cost of living during a rally in Ohio.
At a rally in Cleveland on Saturday, former US President Barack Obama issued a harsh critique of his successor, Donald Trump, while campaigning for Democratic candidates ahead of the November 3 midterm elections, according to the South China Morning Post.
Obama stated that after two years characterized by 'chaos and cruelty and corruption and incompetence,' which he claimed were unprecedented in the modern era, people have an opportunity to declare that 'Enough is enough.' He further asserted that 'We are voting for change right here in Ohio.'
The 65-year-old Democrat attributed the increase in the cost of living, a major concern due to escalating fuel prices, to the Trump administration. Obama commented that the current president made a series of poor choices, adding that the most significant of these decisions was initiating an unnecessary war that no one requested.
