Buckinghamshire Village Transformed to 1990s for Harry Potter TV Series Filming
A village in Buckinghamshire has undergone a transformation to resemble the 1990s for the production of a new Harry Potter television series, according to BBC UK.
A village in Buckinghamshire has been made to look like the 1990s for filming related to the upcoming Harry Potter television series, as reported by BBC UK. Residents of Latimer were informed earlier this month that Plum Jam Productions, which is a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery, would be conducting filming for a major HBO series in the location over a period of three days. On Monday evening, residents who held local permits were allowed brief passage through the village, where period automobiles were lined along the streets and a fete was set up on the village green. Access was restricted to emergency vehicles only on Tuesday, with the set scheduled to be taken down on Wednesday. Some villagers expressed feeling isolated, noting that traffic was rerouted onto a narrow, unlit country road that is prone to becoming congested.
