Kaieteur News reported on Sept. 28 that the Guyana Football Federation and Aspire Zone Foundation signed a memorandum of understanding in Doha. Its youth-team work covers Guyana’s Under-14 and Under-17 sides, with technical and coaching assistance, player-development expertise and performance assessment described as areas of support. GFF President Wayne Forde linked the partnership to the Under-14 Boys’ success in the CFU Challenge Series.

Training camps at Aspire’s Doha facilities are not confirmed: the organisations will explore them subject to agreed programmes and facility availability. Separately, Kotinos (Aspire Sports Consulting and Management) is to provide advisory services, including assessing Guyana’s football ecosystem, identifying development opportunities and preparing a roadmap for cooperation. These planning tasks sit alongside the team support; the camps remain conditional possibilities.
