Japanese, South Korean, and Thai Brands Boost New Entrants in Hong Kong Retail
According to the South China Morning Post, brands from Japan, South Korea, and Thailand collectively represent 36 per cent of new retail entrants, matching mainland Chinese retailers, and this combined share reached a three-year peak.

A significant influx of new brands has elevated the combined share of Japanese, South Korean, and Thai brands to a three-year high, and Cushman indicated that this trend is anticipated to persist.
Specific new store openings include Japanese fashion brand Cullni establishing an outlet in Wan Chai. Additionally, the second-hand goods retailer Ragtag has opened a location in Hysan Place in Causeway Bay. Furthermore, South Korean footwear brand Khiho has entered the Hong Kong market with a store situated at K11 Musea in Tsim Sha Tsui.
