Meng Fanli indicated that the provincial government welcomed the American technology company to strengthen its foothold through the introduction of innovative products, the development of emerging businesses, and the establishment of research and development platforms. Furthermore, Meng pledged to create a "first-class business environment" that adheres to the rule of law, is market-oriented, and is international.
