A devastating incident has struck the quiet community of Lot 1 Golden Fleece, leaving behind a young life cut short. On Friday morning, the body of 12-year-old Samesh Singh was discovered on the shores of the Golden Fleece Beach, sparking an outpouring of grief from the family and villagers.
Signt’s lifeless body was found around 08:00 hrs after a frantic search effort that lasted throughout the night. The child had been reported missing on Thursday evening, after failing to return home from school.
The young student was taken to the Suddie Public Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His body is currently being held at the hospital mortuary pending a post-mortem examination.
Police are now conducting their own investigations into the tragic events surrounding Singh’s death, in an effort to unravel the circumstances that led to his untimely demise.
