Rubbish work and modelling are compatible, Leng says
The South China Morning Post reports that 20-year-old Chaoren Leng helps with a rubbish collection business in Taizhou, Zhejiang province. Videos of her work at a refuse station drew online attention in July last year; the account separately says model Lu Xianren discovered her modelling talents, without linking the discovery to the videos.
The South China Morning Post describes Leng as seeing rubbish collection as a livelihood and modelling as a dream that does not conflict with her work. Shenzhen TV reported that she helps her boyfriend’s father manage a rubbish collection business in Taizhou, Zhejiang province. Leng is 20 and uses the alias Chaoren Leng; her birth name is Leng Minghui, and she was born in a village in Fuyang, Anhui province.
Videos showing Leng working at the refuse collection station drew online attention in July last year. The South China Morning Post also reports that model Lu Xianren discovered her modelling talents and shares a similar childhood background. The account does not establish that the videos led to Lu’s discovery.
