Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing, a mainland China-based printed circuit board maker, has obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for its intended Hong Kong listing, which could be one of the largest IPOs in the city during the fourth quarter.
According to reports from the South China Morning Post, Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing, which is listed in Shenzhen, has received the necessary clearance from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for its planned listing in Hong Kong. This development allows the company to proceed with a share sale that sources indicate might be among the largest initial public offerings in the city during the fourth quarter. The Shenzhen-listed firm announced on a Tuesday that it had secured the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for its intended Hong Kong listing, which permits the issuance of up to 234 million shares.
